4 boiled potatoes
2 green chilli finely chopped
2tsp gingee garlic paste
1tsp red chilli powder
1/2tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup paneer cubes
4cups Oil for frying
Take oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, geewn chill and cook for 2mins. Add salt and boiled mashed potato.
Add a pinch turmeric powder to it and mix well.
Take besan in another bowl. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt as per taste. Add little water at a time and make a batter like that of dosa consistency.
Take a small portion of potato dough, place a small पनीर cube in between and seal it again.
Make all the potato shot is the same way.
Heat oil in a deep wok. Dip each potato Paneer shot in besan batter and fry it on medium high flame till golden brown from all sides
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
