Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 potato cut in to round slice


  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 2 tsp chopped green chili


  • 1 tbsp chopped green garlic


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 2 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp soda


  • 1 cup Oil for deep fry

Directions

  • Add green garlic , ginger paste and chili in to gram flour
  • Also add curd in to it
  • Mix all given masala in to it
  • Add 1 cup water and make a pakoda batter
  • Mix well be careful for there is no lumbs
  • Put oil on gas flame to heat
  • Lastly add soda and 1 tbsp hot oil in batter
  • Mix well
  • Deep each potato slice in to the batter and put in to hot oil
  • Fry till golden.
