Ingredients

  • 2 boiled potato

  • 1 tbsp chopped onion

  • 2 tsp chopped green chili

  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

  • 2 tsp salt or to taste

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 2 tsp coriander powder

  • 2 tsp chat masala

  • 4 bread

  • 1 tbsp sev for serving

  • 1 cup Oil for deep fry

Directions

    Mash boiled potato in a bowl

  • 02

    Add onion, ginger garlic paste also add chillies

  • 03

    Mix well and add salt and all masala given in ingredients

  • 04

    Mix well and add bread crumbs

  • 05

    Make a different shape tikki

  • 06

    Coat with bread crumbs and fry in hot oil till crisp and golden brown

  • 07

    Serve with sev, bread , tomato ketchup and green chutney
