Firstly in a large mixing bowl take 2 potatoes, 3 tbsp cheddar cheese, Ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, pepper, chaat masala, salt and coriander leaves.
Mix well making sure that all spices r combined well.
Now add 1/4 cup bread crumbs and combine well.
Prepare cornflour batter by mixing cornflour and water.
Prepare a smooth consistency flowing batter, pinch a small ball sized potato dough and roll to cylindrical shape.
Dip in cornflour batter, then roll in bread crumbs.
Deep fry the nuggets in hot oil. Flip and fry on all sides on a medium flame till it turns golden brown and crispy.
Finally drain over kitchen paper to remove excess oil and serve potatoes nuggets with tomato ketchup.
