Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 boiled potatoes grated


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes


  • 3 tbsp cheddar cheese grated


  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs


  • 1/4 tsp pepper crushed


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs


  • 1/4 cup cornflour for coating


  • 1/4 cup water


  • 1 cup bread crumbs


  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Directions

  • Firstly in a large mixing bowl take 2 potatoes, 3 tbsp cheddar cheese, Ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, pepper, chaat masala, salt and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well making sure that all spices r combined well.
  • Now add 1/4 cup bread crumbs and combine well.
  • Prepare cornflour batter by mixing cornflour and water.
  • Prepare a smooth consistency flowing batter, pinch a small ball sized potato dough and roll to cylindrical shape.
  • Dip in cornflour batter, then roll in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry the nuggets in hot oil. Flip and fry on all sides on a medium flame till it turns golden brown and crispy.
  • Finally drain over kitchen paper to remove excess oil and serve potatoes nuggets with tomato ketchup.
