First mix oil, flour, curd and salt with hands. knead a soft dough. Knead the dough for 5 to 7 minutes.
Grease a bowl and place the dough. Apply some oil. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment for an hour.
For Stuffing
Take all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix them well and divide into 12 equal size balls. Keep it aside.
Dust the working surface with a bit of all purpose flour. Take out the dough onto the working surface Knead the dough once with help of little bit flour. Divide them into 12 equal size balls.
Take a ball and gently press it and keep prepared stuffing ball in the middle and seal it into a ball. Do the same process with the rest of the balls.
Take one ball and spread the dough using your fingers into a thick paratha. sprinkle some cilantro and kalonji on the top.
Place the rolled kulcha on a regular tawa, apply some butter both the sides and later on cook them from both the sides over direct flame on medium to high heat.
Amritsari Kulcha is ready. Apply butter liberally on it . Serve them hot with Chole, onion chutney and lassi .
