Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • for kabab,,,,4 potato boiled and mashed


  • 1 cup boiled rice


  • 1/2 cup capsicum,carrot, chopped


  • 1/2 cup boiled peas


  • 1/2 cup onion chopped


  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves and mint leaved 1 cup bread crumbs


  • 1/2 tsp salt for taste


  • 1 lemon juice


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp bleck paper


  • For greavy ,,,2 onion


  • 2 tometo


  • 2 tb sp cashchew


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic


  • 1cup curd


  • 1 tsp biryani masala


  • 1 tsp corinder pwd.


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp turmric pwd

Directions

  • For kabab
  • Mix all the ingredients of kabab
  • Mix it with your hands
  • Make a shape like a kabab
  • Take a pan Heat the oil
  • shellow fry the kababs
  • When its golden brown take it out
  • Take a mixer jar add onion,tometo, cashchew, ginger garlic
  • Make a paste
  • Take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil
  • Add paste saute it for 5 min
  • When oil comes out add all masala and salt
  • Mix well
  • Now take a plate keep kabab on the plate
  • Spread greavy on it
  • Spread corinder leaves and mint leaves
  • You can serve as a snack
  • Ready to eat
