Ingredients

Serves 4

  • for kabab,,,,4 potato boiled and mashed

  • 1 cup boiled rice

  • 1/2 cup capsicum,carrot, chopped

  • 1/2 cup boiled peas

  • 1/2 cup onion chopped

  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves and mint leaved 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/2 tsp salt for taste

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp bleck paper

  • For greavy ,,,2 onion

  • 2 tometo

  • 2 tb sp cashchew

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic

  • 1cup curd

  • 1 tsp biryani masala

  • 1 tsp corinder pwd.

  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd

  • 1 tsp turmric pwd

    For kabab

    Mix all the ingredients of kabab

    Mix it with your hands

    Make a shape like a kabab

    Take a pan Heat the oil

    shellow fry the kababs

    When its golden brown take it out

    Take a mixer jar add onion,tometo, cashchew, ginger garlic

    Make a paste

    Take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil

    Add paste saute it for 5 min

    When oil comes out add all masala and salt

    Mix well

    Now take a plate keep kabab on the plate

    Spread greavy on it

    Spread corinder leaves and mint leaves

    You can serve as a snack
