DIRECTIONS:
🔹Preheat oven to 425F
🔹Peel and cut potatoes into wedges
🔹Place cut potatoes into large Ziploc bag
🔹Add oil, seal bag and move potatoes around so that they all get oil glazed
🔹Open bag and add garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder
🔹Seal bag again and move potatoes around to coat evenly
🔹Open bag and add Parmesan cheese. Seal bag again and mix/move potatoes around one last time to ensure all pieces are evenly coated with flavour
🔹On large cookie/baking sheet, arrange all potatoes in a single layer (laying flat, not overlapping on top of each other)
🔹Lightly sprinkle once more with some salt
🔹Place in oven and bake for 30-32 minutes until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!! 😋
🔹Serve with sour cream of your dipping sauce of choice
