Peel 2 potato and cut them.
Take 1 tablespoon mustard seeds, 1 green chilli , 1 chopped onion and some water in a mixer jar to make a smooth paste.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan.
Add chopped potatoes and saute for 2 minutes then remove them from pan.
Now again heat 2 tablespoon oil in same pan and add 1 chopped onion and saute till they becomes golden brown colour.
Now add prepared smooth paste and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
Saute it.
Now add fried potatoes and mix well.
Add salt as per taste.
Add water as required.
Cover with lid and cook till potato becomes boiled.
After that remove it in a plate and serve.
