  • 1 Roti Dough as required

  • 4 medium aloo

  • Ginger 1/2 inch

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dhaniya powder

  • 3 Green chilli

  • 1/2 teaspoon Amchur

  • 1/2 cup Coriander chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon hing


  • Boil aloo mash it add all the ingredients mentioned and keep aside. Now take a ball roll out place a lot of stuffing in it and bring the corners together. Dust dry flour and roll into paratha it half cm thick. Cook it on hot tawa with ghee on both sides and serve with pickle and curds.
