  • Bread slices cut in round shape 5

  • Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 cup

  • Salt and chilly according to taste

  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Sesame seeds 1/2 tablespoon

  • Oil for greasing

    First add all ingredients except oil , sesame seeds and bread in a bowl and mix properly.

    Now heat a non-stick tawa and grease with oil.

    Now take a bread slice and stick potato mixture on one side with using hands.

    Spread sesame seeds on a plate and press potato coated bread slice on it. So that sesame can easily stick on it.

    Now cook on low flame till both sides of bread coin becomes crisp and golden.

    Cook all coins like this and serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.
