Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 medium potatoes, shredded


  • 4 baby corn


  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 cup oil for frying


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1 tso rice flour


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 3 tbsp process cheese

Directions

  • Immersed shredded potatoes into cold water for ten minutes then drain and squeeze dry
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat, place potatoes and butter into the pan and stir it for 3-4 minutes
  • Remove from the Pan and cool it
  • In a bowl add potatoes 1 tsp rice flour 1 tsp all purpose flour grated cheese black pepper powder red chilli powder and salt then combine all together
  • Cut the baby corn
  • Coat all baby corn with all purpose flour
  • Now rap the potatoes mixture on the middle portion of baby corn
  • Deep fry the baby corn in low flame. Serve hot.
