Immersed shredded potatoes into cold water for ten minutes then drain and squeeze dry
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, place potatoes and butter into the pan and stir it for 3-4 minutes
Remove from the Pan and cool it
In a bowl add potatoes 1 tsp rice flour 1 tsp all purpose flour grated cheese black pepper powder red chilli powder and salt then combine all together
Cut the baby corn
Coat all baby corn with all purpose flour
Now rap the potatoes mixture on the middle portion of baby corn
Deep fry the baby corn in low flame. Serve hot.
