Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 4 potatoes

  • 1/2 cup peas

  • 1/2 cup cabbage

  • 2 carrot

  • 1/2 cup gram pulse

  • 100 gram butter

  • 2 onions

  • 1 tsp Ginger paste

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 3 big tomatoes

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves

  • 2 tsp powbhaji masala

  • 1 packar pow

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

    Cut all the vegetable and wash with clean water

  • 02

    Firstly add gram daal in the pressure cooker then add all vegetables and half cup of water and salt

  • 03

    After 10 minutes take out all the vegetables in a vessel and mash it

  • 04

    Grate onions, heat up butter in a pan then add onion ,ginger garlic paste and grated tomato

  • 05

    Now add salt ,red chilli powder and powbhaji masala in it

  • 06

    Now add mashed vegetables and mix them well on the flame for 5 minutes

  • 07

    Serve hot with onion ,lemon and chopped green chillies
