Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 1 big boiled potato

  • 1/2 cup boiled dried peas

  • 2 tbsp rice flour

  • 1.1/2 tbsp gram flour

  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney

  • 1 tsp roasted beets powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 chopped boiled potato

  • 150 gram oil for frying

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp bhujia

Directions

    In the boiled potatoes add gram flour, rice flour,red chilli powder, mix them all without using water

  • 02

    Now make the shape of canopies and fry them

  • 03

    Fill potatoes in the canopies

  • 04

    Now fill boiled dried peas in it

  • 05

    Sprinkle red chilli powder, salt, curd and tamarind chutney on it then add coriander and bhujia on it
