Heat up oil in the pan add some salt and red chilli Powder add sprouts and fry
Mash potatoes add red chilli powder, salt, chopped green chillies and coriander and mix them well
Take some potatoes and make the shape of tikki and fill sprouts in it
Now shallow fry these tikkies
Now set this tikki on a plate add curd, salt ,chili powder, chat masala,and tamarind chutney. Decorate with coriander leaves, grated radish and Ginger julians
