Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 boiled potatoes


  • 1/2 cup sprouts (moong daal)


  • 1 cup curd


  • 3 tbsp tamarind chutny


  • 1 tsp roasted jeeta powder


  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp ginger juliuns


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp grated radish

Directions

  • Heat up oil in the pan add some salt and red chilli Powder add sprouts and fry
  • Mash potatoes add red chilli powder, salt, chopped green chillies and coriander and mix them well
  • Take some potatoes and make the shape of tikki and fill sprouts in it
  • Now shallow fry these tikkies
  • Now set this tikki on a plate add curd, salt ,chili powder, chat masala,and tamarind chutney. Decorate with coriander leaves, grated radish and Ginger julians
