Peel and mash the potatoes in a bowl
Make bread crumbs with one bread and add to the potatoes.
Add salt,garam masala powder,black pepper powder, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves to it.
Cut the bread slices into triangles or any shape you like.
Put this potato mix on all the braed slices and press little with hand.
Put some semolina on the potato mix
Deep fry these on medium flame till golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce or any other chutney.
