Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 4 1 bread slices


  • 4 boiled potatoes


  • 1 tsp chopped green chillies


  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp semolina/sooji

Directions

  • Peel and mash the potatoes in a bowl
  • Make bread crumbs with one bread and add to the potatoes.
  • Add salt,garam masala powder,black pepper powder, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves to it.
  • Cut the bread slices into triangles or any shape you like.
  • Put this potato mix on all the braed slices and press little with hand.
  • Put some semolina on the potato mix
  • Deep fry these on medium flame till golden brown.
  • Serve with tomato sauce or any other chutney.
