Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 boiled potatoes


  • 2 cup fine flour


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 chopped green chillies


  • 1 tsp whole coriander


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • Mash the boiled potatoes
  • Heat up the oil in the Pan add whole coriander seeds, all dry mandalas , chopped chillies and fresh coriander leaves
  • Add salt and oil in the fine flour and form a tight dough
  • On a nonstick skillet made small roties of the dough
  • Fill 1 spoon potato mixture in the roties and shallow fry from both the sides
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce
