Mash the boiled potatoes
Heat up the oil in the Pan add whole coriander seeds, all dry mandalas , chopped chillies and fresh coriander leaves
Add salt and oil in the fine flour and form a tight dough
On a nonstick skillet made small roties of the dough
Fill 1 spoon potato mixture in the roties and shallow fry from both the sides
Serve hot with tomato sauce
