Pill all the boiled potatoes
Make puree from blanched tomatoes
Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and Shallow fry boiled potatoes
add salt in potatoes
Blend the curd with the help of blender
Add all dry ingredients like coriander powder turmeric powder red chilli powder Garam Masala and garlic paste
Heat the oil in a pan
Add cumin seed
When it crackle add tomato puree
Cook tomato puree for 5 to 7 minutes
Now pour the curd
Stir it on slow flame
Now add potatoes
Cook it on slow flame cover with lid
When oil comes on the surface of the gravy it means the the gravy is done
Sprinkle some coriander leaves
Dum aloo in curd gravy is ready
Serve hot with Naan or chapati
