Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 300 gm. small sized Boiled potatoes


  • 300gm. Curd


  • 2 medium sized tomatoes


  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chilli


  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed


  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala


  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste

Directions

  • Pill all the boiled potatoes
  • Make puree from blanched tomatoes
  • Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and Shallow fry boiled potatoes
  • add salt in potatoes
  • Blend the curd with the help of blender
  • Add all dry ingredients like coriander powder turmeric powder red chilli powder Garam Masala and garlic paste
  • Heat the oil in a pan
  • Add cumin seed
  • When it crackle add tomato puree
  • Cook tomato puree for 5 to 7 minutes
  • Now pour the curd
  • Stir it on slow flame
  • Now add potatoes
  • Cook it on slow flame cover with lid
  • When oil comes on the surface of the gravy it means the the gravy is done
  • Sprinkle some coriander leaves
  • Dum aloo in curd gravy is ready
  • Serve hot with Naan or chapati
