Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2 kg. Potatoes

  • 200 gram ghee

  • 350 gram sugar

  • 100 gram dry fruits (raisin, almond, cashews)

  • 50 gram grated fresh coconut

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

    Boil the potatoes and grate them

  • 02

    Take a heavy bottom karahi heat up the ghee and roast potatoes well. Keep stirring constantly

  • 03

    When roasted well add sugar

  • 04

    When halwa leaves the ghee then add coconut , dryfruits and cardamom Powder

  • 05

    Decorate with cashews and serve hot
