Ingredients

  • Potato 2


  • Gram flour 1 /2cup


  • Red chilli powder 1 /2 teaspoon


  • Salt as per taste


  • Oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Peel 2 potatoes and wash them.
  • Cut them into thin slices.
  • Add salt as per taste and 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder. Mix everything very well.
  • Now take 1/2 cup gram flour, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder and salt as per taste.
  • Mix well.
  • Add water as required to make a batter.
  • Heat oil as required in a deep pan.
  • Now dip the slice of potato into batter and put them into hot oil.
  • Fry them till golden brown colour and remove them in a plate.
  • Serve potato pokoda.
