Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Small potato 100 gram

  • Chopped onion 1

  • Chopped tomato 1

  • Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder 2 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Water 1/4 cup as required

  • Oil 4 tablespoon

Directions

    Peel 100 gram small potatoes and wash them.

  • 02

    Take all small potatoes and required water in a cooker and cook for 2 whistle.

  • 03

    After cooling the cooker, open the lid of cooker and take boiled small potatoes in a plate.

    Heat 4 tablespoon oil in a pan.

  • 05

    Add boiled potatoes and fry for 1 minute then transfer this fried potatoes in a plate.

    Add 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds in a same oil.

  • 07

    Add 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped tomato.

    Saute it till they becomes soft.

  • 09

    Now add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder and 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder.

    Saute it till oil release.

    Now add fried potatoes and mix well.

    Add 1/4 teaspoon water and salt as per taste.

    Cook it very well.

    Serve small potato masala.
