In a mixing bowl take boiled potatoes, peel off them and mash with fingers roughly
Now to the mashed potatoes, add ginger garlic green chilli paste, lemon juice, salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Mix well everything and prepare a uniform stuffing... now prepare small and flat balls out of it and keep aside
Keep oil for heating in heavy bottom pan
in a mixing bowl , take chana dal flour, Salt to taste and little turmeric powder ... add some water and prepare a flowy paste
Now take potato balls, din chana dal flour paste, coat from all over and deep fry in hot oil
Deep fry on high heat from all over until golden brown from all sides
