Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Boiled potatoes 5 to 6

  • Chana dal flour 2 cups

  • Ginger garlic green chilli paste 1-2 tablespoon

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Oil 2-3 Cups

  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chili powder 1-2 teaspoon

Directions

    In a mixing bowl take boiled potatoes, peel off them and mash with fingers roughly

  • 02

    Now to the mashed potatoes, add ginger garlic green chilli paste, lemon juice, salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Mix well everything and prepare a uniform stuffing... now prepare small and flat balls out of it and keep aside

    Keep oil for heating in heavy bottom pan

    in a mixing bowl , take chana dal flour, Salt to taste and little turmeric powder ... add some water and prepare a flowy paste

    Now take potato balls, din chana dal flour paste, coat from all over and deep fry in hot oil

  • 06

    Deep fry on high heat from all over until golden brown from all sides

    For hot immediately with green chutney, Imli chutney ,Pav or as it is
