Ingredients

  • Potatoes medium size 4

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Jeera or cumin seeds 2 teaspoons

  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon

  • Chopped green chillies 1-2

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon

  • Chopped fresh coriander 1 tablespoons

  • Finely chopped Garlic 1 tablespoon

Directions

    Peel off potatoes and cut thinly length wise. put in water to avoid darkening

  • 02

    Heat oil in a pan and sweater cumin seeds

  • 03

    Add finely chopped garlic green chillies, add one fourth teaspoon of turmeric powder, red chilli powder and add potatoes...

    Add salt according to taste, Mix well and sauté for some time

    Cook covered for 5 to 10 minutes , check in between

    Garlicky Restaurant style Jeera Aloo is ready to serve

    Serve hot immediately with roti or paratha
