Fir ek kadhai lenge,usme ghee aur tel daal ke garam karenge. usme jeera dalenge,jeere ke tadkene ke bad fir 2½ tbsp chutney mila ke 30 sec fry krenge..fir boiled mashed potato add krke tb tk bhunenge..jb tk ki aloo soft,golden brown na ho jaye. Aur oil na separate ho jaye.
