  • For chutney-:100gm dhaniya,5 to 6 green chilli,salt as need


  • 8 to 10 boiled mashed potato,½ tso jeera,1tbsp desi ghee,1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Sabse pahle mixing jar me dhaniya barik kat ke hari mirch aur namak ke sath mila ke ek smooth paste banayenge. Fir ek kadhai lenge,usme ghee aur tel daal ke garam karenge. usme jeera dalenge,jeere ke tadkene ke bad fir 2½ tbsp chutney mila ke 30 sec fry krenge..fir boiled mashed potato add krke tb tk bhunenge..jb tk ki aloo soft,golden brown na ho jaye. Aur oil na separate ho jaye.
  • Dhaniya wale aloo ban kr taiyar.serve kre puri ke sath.
