Ingredients

500gm boiled potato
1 cup suger powder
4 to 5 ghee
8-9 kismish
8 to 9 almond
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Directions
Grate the boiled potato well
Take a nonstick pan heat the ghee, then add grated potato
Roast the potatos on slow flame, by continuously stirring
Once potatoes leave the ghee then add sugar powder
Add green cardamom powder, chopped nuts, cook it for 5 min more
Switch off the flame and serve hot
