  • 4 boiled potatoes 2 teaspoons salsa 1 onion finely chopped 1 cup bread crumb 1/4 spoon black pepar 2 spoons flour ( all perpouse / maida 1/2 cup sweet corn Salt to taste 4 spoon mayonnaise Oil to fry

    Add salt, corn, salsa, black pepar, onion and a little bread crumbs to the potatoes and make a paste like this dough. Add water to the flour and make a thin slurry Now make square bites of potato paste Put it in a flour solution and then wrap it in bread crumb Repeat this process twice Heat the oil Now turn on all the bites on the medium flame to get golden colour than spared mayonnaise on the bites Serve hot with sauce or sauce
