Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 boiled potatoes


  • 1 cup refined flour or maida


  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • 4 tbsp milk


  • 1 tablespoon oil


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 2 tbsp red chili sauce


  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste


  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste


  • 1 tablespoon coriander


  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese

Directions

  • For gnoochi...
  • Mash the boiled potato
  • Add maida in mashed potato
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Knead all ingredients properly
  • Make a nice dough
  • Now take small grape size dough
  • And Roll It on rolling pin with the help of thumb
  • Make all gnoochi with this method
  • In a pan put the 4 Cup water to boil
  • When water comes to boil put all gnochi in boiling water
  • When all gnoochi float on the water surface it means it is cooked or done
  • Switch off the flame
  • Take out all the gnoochi in the plate
  • Now switch on the flame and put the pan on it
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Add ginger garlic paste
  • Stir it
  • Add all the souces in it and stir it
  • Now add boiled gnoochi
  • Mix and stir all the ingredients properly
  • On medium flame let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes
  • When Gnoochi absorbs all the souces and it look a thick consistency it means the gnoochi is ready
  • Take out in the dish and serve with grated cheese and coriander
