Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 7 medium potato

  • 1cup grated cauliflower

  • 1 cup grated carrot

  • 1/4cup finely chopped capsicum

  • 1/2cup boiled peas

  • Oil to fry 2 cups

  • 1/2cup rava

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/2tsp

  • Amchoor 1tsp

  • 1tsp roasted jeera powder

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

    Peel potatoes

  • 02

    Mash potato in a big bowl add grated all vegetable and dry masala bn and salt

    Mix well

  • 04

    Add bread crumbs

  • 05

    Make culets and roll them on rawa

  • 06

    Keep in fridge for 10 minutes to set

  • 07

    Fry tgem in hot oil

  • 08

    Take it out till they become golden and crisp

  • 09

    Keep them on absorbent paper

  • 10

    Serve hot with your favourite chutney
