Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 7 medium potato


  • 1cup grated cauliflower


  • 1 cup grated carrot


  • 1/4cup finely chopped capsicum


  • 1/2cup boiled peas


  • Oil to fry 2 cups


  • 1/2cup rava


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Red chilli powder 1/2tsp


  • Amchoor 1tsp


  • 1tsp roasted jeera powder


  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions

  • Peel potatoes
  • Mash potato in a big bowl add grated all vegetable and dry masala bn and salt
  • Mix well
  • Add bread crumbs
  • Make culets and roll them on rawa
  • Keep in fridge for 10 minutes to set
  • Fry tgem in hot oil
  • Take it out till they become golden and crisp
  • Keep them on absorbent paper
  • Serve hot with your favourite chutney
