Boil the around potatoes 80%
Cut the potatoes in 2 part and remove center part of potato with the help of scooper
Add salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, ginger garlic cloves, oil, jeera powder, mint leaves powder, mix all well
Now dip the potatoes in it, curd mixture should well coated on potato
Now take a bowl add, grated paneer, grated cheese, corn, chopped capsicum, chat masala, mix all them together,
Fill this mixture into curd coated potatoes
Cover it with remaining curd mixture
Preheat the oven at 180°c
Bake the potatoes for 20 -25 min.
Garnishing with mint leaves
Serve warm.
