Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes


  • 1/4 cup curd


  • 1 tsp red chilli paste


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder


  • 1/2 tsp mint leaves powder Salt


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/2 cup grated cheese


  • 1/2 cup grated paneer


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1/4 cup boiled corn


  • 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum

Directions

  • Boil the around potatoes 80%
  • Cut the potatoes in 2 part and remove center part of potato with the help of scooper
  • Add salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, ginger garlic cloves, oil, jeera powder, mint leaves powder, mix all well
  • Now dip the potatoes in it, curd mixture should well coated on potato
  • Now take a bowl add, grated paneer, grated cheese, corn, chopped capsicum, chat masala, mix all them together,
  • Fill this mixture into curd coated potatoes
  • Cover it with remaining curd mixture
  • Preheat the oven at 180°c
  • Bake the potatoes for 20 -25 min.
  • Garnishing with mint leaves
  • Serve warm.
