  • Baby potatoes 10-15


  • Oil 2 cups


  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • Amchur powder or raw mango powder 1 teaspoon


  • Black pepper corns 1-2 teaspoons


  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • Aloo Tuk is a instant jhatpat fatafat unique recipe from Sindhi Cuisine. Prepared from very less ingredients yet very appetizing, flavourful and tasty. It can be served as, snack, starter or side dish, I just love it.
  • Wash baby potatoes and half boil in salty water, do not remove peels.
  • Later, Slightly press them with palm
  • Heat sufficient oil in a deep Pan and deep fry all the baby potatoes until golden brown and crisp from outside
  • In a mixer grinder, take black peppercorns, salt, red chilli powder and raw mango powder ...and prepare a fine powder
  • Freshly ground masala is ready
  • Take out fried potatoes on a plate
  • Sprinkle freshly ground masala on fried potatoes so that it can coat all over.
  • Garnish as you like and serve hot immediately... enjoy endlessly with family and friends, it's just yum yum yum
