Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Boiled small potato 300 gram

  • 1/4cup mustard oil

  • 1tbsp urad dal

  • 1tsp mustard seeds

  • 5 strand curry patta

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1tsp

  • Amchoor 1tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1tsp

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste

Directions

    Peel potatoes and keep aside

  • 02

    Heat oil in a wok

  • 03

    Crackle mustard seeds and urad dal

  • 04

    Add Kari Patta

  • 05

    soute ginger garlic paste and chopped onion

  • 06

    Aad potatoes and soute for 1 to 2minutes

  • 07

    Add all dry masala

  • 08

    Cook with lid on slow flame for 10 minutes

  • 09

    Garnish with chopped coriander

  • 10

    Serve hot with roti or poori
