Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 medium size boiled potato


  • 2tbs cheshew almond powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 1 branch of coriander leaves


  • 1 tsb rosted cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsb garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 small onion chopped


  • 1/2 cup roasted vermicelli


  • 2 tbs maida Water Oil for frying


  • 2tbs cornflour

Directions

  • In a bowl take all ingredients like potato, coriander leave, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, chat masala, garam masala, cashew almond powder, red chilli powder, chopped onion
  • Mix well all potato should be mashed properly
  • Make small - medium size balls flat them little with plam and make a patties
  • In a small bowl take 2tbs white flour, cornflour, sufficient amount of water, so we get a liqued consistency batter
  • Now dip potato pattie in batter on both sides
  • Cover this pattie with roasted vermicelli very well on sides
  • On one side make little grove where we will put our eggs, keep this patties in the freezer for 5 min.
  • Repeat dipping and coating of vermicelli process one more time
  • Preparated all pattie like this
  • Keep these patties in fridge for 15-20 mint so all vermicelli set well
  • After 20 min deep Fry them all on medium flame, till vermicelli turm light golden brown in colo
  • Drain them well and put. Papernapkin
  • For making eggs take 2-3 tbs grated cheese and make small small balls
  • Put these balls on fried petties, granish with coriander leave, serve hot
