Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Potatoes 4 medium sized

  • Onion 1 medium sized

  • Peas frozen 2 tbsp

  • Ginger 1 tbsp grated

  • Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Dry mango powder 1 tbsp

  • Tomato salsa 4 tbsp

  • Tortillas 2

Directions

    Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add chopped onions to it. Saute till become translucent.

    Add boiled and mashed potatoes to it. And add all the spices.

    Cook for 2 minutes.

    Heat the tortilla . Apply a layer of tomato salsa, mild tabasco sauce and then a layer of tangy potatoes.

    Wrap it from both sides and cook for half a minute .

  • 06

    Serve with chilled avocado soup or smokey and spicy sweet potato salad.
