Peel and mash potato
Heat ghee in a wok
Roast dryfuits for 1 or 2 minutes.
Take it out for later use
Now Add mashed potato in the wok
Stir continuesly for 10 minutes or till colour changes into gokden and gives good aroma too
Add sugar and 1tbsp water in it .
Keep stirring it starts leaving edges
Add cardamom powder and toasted dryfruits
Garnish with dryfuits and serve hot
