Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 potato boiled


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 1/2cup ghee


  • Dry fruits of your choice 1/4cup chopped


  • Cardamom powder 1/2tsp


  • Water 1tbsp

Directions

  • Peel and mash potato
  • Heat ghee in a wok
  • Roast dryfuits for 1 or 2 minutes.
  • Take it out for later use
  • Now Add mashed potato in the wok
  • Stir continuesly for 10 minutes or till colour changes into gokden and gives good aroma too
  • Add sugar and 1tbsp water in it .
  • Keep stirring it starts leaving edges
  • Add cardamom powder and toasted dryfruits
  • Garnish with dryfuits and serve hot
