Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Overnight soaked moong dal 1 cup


  • Boiled and Mashed potatoes 1/2 cup


  • Salt and chilly according to taste


  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon


  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Coriander leaves 1/2 tablespoon


  • Oil for frying


  • Finely chopped carrot 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • First grind moong dal and make smooth paste of it. Mix salt and chilly and keep aside.
  • Now add all spices, chopped carrot and coriander leaves in potatoes and mix nicely.
  • Now make small balls of potato mixture and dip in moong dal paste so that potato balls can well coated. Ready all bondas like this.
  • Deep fry bondas till crisp and golden in colour.
  • Serve hot with your favourite chutney or ketchup.
