First grind moong dal and make smooth paste of it. Mix salt and chilly and keep aside.
Now add all spices, chopped carrot and coriander leaves in potatoes and mix nicely.
Now make small balls of potato mixture and dip in moong dal paste so that potato balls can well coated. Ready all bondas like this.
Deep fry bondas till crisp and golden in colour.
Serve hot with your favourite chutney or ketchup.
