First take a non stick pan and boil water in it.
When water starts boiling then add salt according to taste with semolina and keep stirring so that no lumps can be there.
Keep stirring till semolina mixture leaves the pan and becomes like a mass.
Now keep it aside to cool.
Now for stuffing, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1 minute .
Now add potatoes with all spices and mix nicely.
Saute for few minutes till everything mix up nicely. switch off the flame and keep aside to cool .
Now heat oil for frying. Take a ping-pong ball sized semolina ball and flattened on palm.
Stuff ready potato mixture in it and seal nicely from all sides with semolina.
Deep fry it on low flame till kachori becomes crisp and golden from all sides.
Ready all kachoris like this and serve hot with chutney or sauce.
