Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Potatos 5 medium in size sliced


  • Capsicum 2 medium chopped


  • Onion 2 medium chopped


  • 1 clove Garlic


  • 1 inch Ginger


  • 4 cups Oil for frying


  • 4 tablespoon Oil for sauteing


  • 4 tablespoon Cornflour for potato


  • 2 tablespoon Cornflour for gravy


  • 1/2 cup Water


  • 2 tablespoon schezwan sauce


  • 2 tablespoon chilli sauce


  • 1 tablespoon red edible colour


  • 1 tablespoons Salt for potato


  • 4 tablespoon tomato sauce


  • Salt for gravy as per your taste or 1 tablespoon


  • 1 teaspoons Ajinomoto(optional)


  • Black pepper powder 2 pinch

Directions

  • In a bowl add potato, corn flour, red food colour, salt and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Now heat a big kadai and add oil to fry the potatos. Once the oil is heated add coated potatoes and fry till fried. Once done put it out.
  • Now take a kadai and add some oil to saute the gravy ingredients.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste in to the oil and saute for 30 second after 30 seconds add onions and saute the onions also for 5 minutes
  • Now after the onions are done add cornflour paste on which ive added 2 tablespoon cornflour and 6 tablespoon water and a drop of edible red food colour.
  • Now after that add schezwan sauce, chilli sauce and ajinomoto(optional) and mix all well.
  • Now add salt, tomato ketchup and black pepper powder and mix all well.. 8. Now put the fried potato and fried capsicum and mix all the ingredients very well.
  • And your chilli potatoes are done. Serve hot.
