Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 potato sliced thinly.


  • 2 tsp grated beetroot


  • 1 tsp chopped green chilly


  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch pepper powder


  • 2 cup oil for frying


  • 1 pinch soda (optional)

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients except sliced potato and make a batter by adding littke water.
  • Heat oil in kadai and add one tsp hot oil in the batter.mix it well.
  • Dip the potato in batter and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Remove it on tissue paper and serve on a platter using shreded beetroot and mint leaves.
  • Beetroot gives baby pink colour to the fritters and tastes Delicious.
