Mix all ingredients except sliced potato and make a batter by adding littke water.
Heat oil in kadai and add one tsp hot oil in the batter.mix it well.
Dip the potato in batter and deep fry in hot oil.
Remove it on tissue paper and serve on a platter using shreded beetroot and mint leaves.
Beetroot gives baby pink colour to the fritters and tastes Delicious.
