  • All purpose flour 11/2 cup

  • Oil 4-5 tsp

  • Green peas 1 cup boiled

  • Potatoes 4 boiled

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 11/2 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp grated

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp

    Prepare a dough of all purpose flour

    Heat oil crackle cumin seeds, coriander seeds

    Add boiled mashed potatoes

    Add boiled peas

    Add grated ginger garlic

    Prepare small balls of all purpose flour

    Fill in the stuffing seal it properly

    Roll it with your hands

    bake kachodis on one side.turn it and cook on another side.add oil so that it's baked properly
