1 large potato
1 cup Oil for deep fry
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
firstly, peel the skin of large, fresh potato
cut both the corner of potato.
cut to a finger sized pieces with perfect cube.
soak all the potato pieces into ice cold water for 20 minutes.
rest in into hot boiling water for 10 minutes.
Put it out and drain off water and put in to freezer for 3 hour
Deep fry in hot oil till crispy and golden brown
