  • Cut the potatoes into exact halves and scoop the centers out with a small scooper. Place the potatoes on a baking tray and drizzle over some oil. Bake in the oven at 160 'c for 40 minutes. Mean while make spicy tomato sauce , heat oil in a pan ,add
