  • Baby potati-250gm

  • Tamrid pulup-2tbls

  • Dry dhaniya piwder-1tbls

  • Redchilli powder-1tsp

  • Haldi-1/2tsp

  • Garam masala -1/4tsp

  • Salt to taste1tsp

  • Oil-2tbls

  • Zeera1/2tso

  • Green chilli corriander leaves1tbls

Directions

    Boil pitatoes peelit

  • 02

    Heat oil in a pan add zeera when cracked all dry masalas.

  • 03

    Fry masalas then add the pulp of tamrid.mix well

  • 04

    Add green chilli and boiled potaties.mix well so all masalas coated with potatoes.

  • 05

    Cover for 5 minutes it is ready to eat

  • 06

    Garnush with corriander leaves
