boil peel and mash potatoes
chop onion , mint and coriander
heat two spoon oil crackle mustard jeera, add chopped onion turmeric and saute till golden
add chopped coriander , mint and saute for three minutes
add chilly powder, garam masala, salt
add mashed potato, one spoon lemon juice and mix
make semi soft dough using wheat flour pinch of salt and water
roll into disc by taking one small portion
place a ball of potato mixture
cover with ata layer
cover nicely
roll into thin disc
bake on hot tava
on both sides first without applying oil, next by applying oil
smear with ghee and sprinkle with chat masala and serve hot
