  • 4 red potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black paper powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paperika

  • 1 teaspoon chat masala


  • Cut potatoes in half long ways and then cut lines in the middle to make them criss cross, not going all the way through.
  • Spread about a half a teaspoon butter (or however much you want) onto each potato half and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Cook in oven at 350°F for about an hour or until brown around the edges
  • Lastly, sprinkle paprika on top and bake for another 5-10 minutes
  • Lastly, sprinkle chat masala on top and searve hot criss cross potatoes
