Potato 3 (medium size)
Ruhu fish pieces 3 tomato 1 salt 2 tbs green chillies 4 coriander powder 1 tbs cumin powder 1 tbs garom masala 1 tbs chat masala 1 1/2 tbs bread cramps 1/2 cup eggs 2 olive oil 1 cup
Directions
Washed potatoes very well .
Take a cooker add potatoes boiled it.
Remove it.
Wait for room/ normal temperature.
Leave the potatoes peeled.
Smashed it add chat masala and salt.
Take a pan add fishes and salt 1 pinch,water as per required .
Boiled it.
Remove it.Leave the fishes thorns.
Take a pan add oil ginger and garlic paste.
Salute it.
Add fish keema and tomato .Salute it.
Add coriander and cumin powder salute it.
Add salt salute it for 9 minutes.Remove it.
Take smashed potato make ball ,then make a hole.
Add fish keema
Fold it.
Take a bowl add egg and salt make a batter.
Dunk the egg batter ,keep it bread crumbs.
Cover it very well.
Take a pan add oil add those ball.
Deeply fried it.
Serve with sauce hot Potato Bombs.
