Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 big potatoes


  • 2 spoon chilly powder


  • 1/2 spoon garam masala


  • 1/8 spoon turmeric


  • 2 small spoon salt


  • 1/2 cup puthana powder( dalia powder)


  • 10 garlic pod crushed


  • 4 ladle oil


  • 1/2 spoon each mustard jeera

Directions

  • peel and cut potatoes into small pieces
  • heat oil on kadai crackle mustard jeera , add turmeric and potato pieces
  • fry till crispy brown
  • make a well of potatoes and add oil if required
  • fry garlic till crispy
  • add chilly powder, garam masala salt and mix
  • finally add the puthana powder mix and cook for two minutes
  • serve with rice or roti
