Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Potatoes-2 big size (boiled and peeled)


  • Paneer-50gm (cut in cubes)


  • Tomato-1 (cut in small piece)


  • Capsicum-1 (cut in small piece)


  • Onion-1 (cut in small piece)


  • Salt-2 tsp


  • Soy sauce-1 tbsp


  • Red chilly sauce-1 tbsp


  • Corn starch-1 tbsp


  • Water-2 tbsp


  • Pepper powder-2 tsp


  • Chopped green chilly and ginger-1 tsp


  • Chopped garlic-1 tsp


  • Green onion leaf-1 tsp


  • Oil -1 cup


  • Chilly flakes-1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Take boiled potatoes and cut into halves. Scoop out the middle part and make a shape of katori.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai and fry all scooped potatoes both the side.
  • Fry till golden brown.sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.
  • Heat 1 tap oil in nonstick pan. Add chopped ginger,Green chilly and garlic. Salute for a second. Now add onion, capsicum and tomatoes and cook for 1 minute .
  • Add black pepper powder,Salt according to taste, soy sauce ,Red chilly sauce and cook. dissolve corn starch in 2 tap water and mix. Cook till thickened.
  • Add paneer cubes and mix everything well. Add chilly flakes, and mix herb seasoning. Switch off the flame and keep it in a plate. Fill this batter in potatoes cups. garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
