Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated potato


  • 1 tspn salt


  • 10/12 roasted peanuts


  • 5/6 curry leaves(fry)


  • 2 cup oil(for frying)

Directions

  • Wash and peel the potato,now grate the potato using potato grater,place the potatoes in a sieve and wash the patatoes ,now take a bowl pour water and add grated potatoes,salt soaked it for 10 minutes.after 10 minutes sieve the potatoes for drain the excess water and place potatoes on cloth to absorb the water.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry the potatoes till golden and crispy,drain on tissu paper, sprinkle salt,curry leaves and roasted peanuts.
