2 tbsp water(as required for moisture the pakora dough)
2 cup oil for frying
1 tspn chaat masala

Taka a big mixing bowl,add grated potato,ginger, chopped onion,coriander leaves,green chillies,red chilli powder,salt,basan,rice flour and water mix well all the things make like a dough using hand .
Heat oil in a pan,now gently take small portions of the pakoras dough,drop in hot oil,fry the pakora golden brown.
