Ingredients

  • Potato midium size 1


  • Bengal gram 1/4 cup


  • Tomato 1


  • Cumin seeds 1 tbs


  • Coriander seeds 1 tbs


  • Garlic 5 cloves( make a paste)


  • Ginger paste 1 tbs


  • Cinnamon 1 piece


  • Cardamom 2


  • Green chillies 2


  • Olive oil 4 tbs


  • Bay leaf 1

Directions

  • Soaked the dal.
  • Washed It very well.
  • Boiled it.
  • Potato also boiled it.
  • Cumin and coriander seeds,cinnamon and cardamom,methi seeds roasted it ,grinded it.
  • Leave the potato midddle portion peel it.
  • Make a paste bengal gram.
  • Take a pan add dal,salt and ginger paste.Salute it.Remove it.
  • Filled up the middle portion of potato with dal .
  • Take a pan add oil ,add veg egg.
  • Lightly fried it.
  • Remove it.
  • Add oil,add ginger and garlic paste and tomato Salute it.Add green chillie .
  • Add roasted masala add salt.
  • Add water keep it for cooking.
  • Add veg egg curry.
  • Remove it.
  • Take a bowl keep veg egg curry .
  • Serve hot Veg Egg Curry along with jerra rice or paratha.
